While you take the quiz
Your answers are kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can go back or reload. They are not submitted to Clear Harness until you request your downloadable escape plan. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are included in this quiz.
When you save your plan
Clear Harness receives your email, the optional details you provide, your quiz answers and result, any campaign tags in the page link, and whether you asked for help or opted into practical tips. These are stored to maintain your assessment and respond to your requests. If a customer-management connection is configured, the same information is forwarded to that system for Clear Harness.
The plan downloads to your device. Asking for the download does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. The separate tips checkbox is optional. If you ask for help, Clear Harness may use your details to contact you about the workflow.
Sharing a character
The share button includes only the disaster character and the quiz link. It does not include your company details, answers, or control gaps.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the Clear Harness contact form to ask about your assessment information or request its deletion. Please do not include passwords, customer records, or sensitive business information in this quiz.
